 Most of our clients first go to their local bank and then close their loan with us because we have the best service, we close loans under 30 days, and our closing costs are the lowest because we don’t charge points-just a flat fee of $500.

 (Every mortgage bank charges for an title, underwriting, etc…it really just comes down to the lender’s fees and points, right?)

We strive to make the refinance process simple, predictable and easy. We help people all over Texas.  Where some mortgage banks play games and offer the “best mortgage rates” (that only come with lots of fees/points) we simply offer the  market rate w/o all the points. Then if the client wants to buy the rate down they, of course, can!    

If you call us and ask “what are today’s mortgage rates” we’ll simply quote you the market rate of, say, 4.375%  because that’s what today’s market rates are!   Refinance rates change all the time too.

However, if you call Bank of America, Wells, Citi, etc they’re going to offer a 4.25% with 1 point and/or charge you an application fee.  If you only look at rate (and ingore fees to get that rate) we seldom have the “best rate” but when you look at your loan as whole we almost always come out ahead.
